BEIJING, China, April 25. GRANT Hackett, who is in China to help promote the 2008 Olympics, picked up a blood infection according to reports by the Seven Network in Australia.
Yesterday, Hackett suffered a cut that led to swelling of his ankle and a hospital stay.
"It just started off as the smallest cut and then you sort of look at it – and … (now it) doesn't look too good," Hackett told the Seven Network.
