Mizzou Swimming and Diving head coach Andrew Grevers announced the addition of transfers Hayley Hill (Phoenix, Ariz.) and Molly Hogg (Aberdeen, S.D.) to the Tiger team for the 2020-21 seasons. Both Hill and Hogg come to Mizzou after three seasons at Boise State and will have one year of eligibility remaining in Columbia.

“Both of these women have an extremely positive energy about them,” Grevers said. “The fact that they are willing to take on this great challenge of starting at a new program with one year of eligibility left tells me that they love this sport and that they are doing it for all the right reasons.”

A seven-time All-Mountain West honoree, Hayley Hill finished fifth in the 1650 and seventh in the 500 free at the 2020 Mountain West Championships as a junior in 2019-20. She also claimed two All-Mountain West honors in 2018-19 after placing fifth in the 500 free and as a member of the third-place 800 free relay team, and three conference accolades as a freshman in 2017-18, with finishes of fifth in the 500 free, seventh in the 200 free and on the Bronco’s 800 free relay squad. As a freshman in 2017-18, Hill won the 1650 free at the CSCAA National Invitational to become the first Bronco to claim a title at the event.

Over her collegiate career, Hill has 14 event titles, with seven titles as a junior, four as sophomore and three as a freshman. She owns college best times of 4:45.30 in the 500 free, 10:02.11 in the 1000 free, 1:48.59 in the 200 free and 16:29.26 in the 1650 free.

Molly Hogg claimed All-Mountain West honors in both the 200 back and 100 back after placing fourth and sixth in those events at the 2020 Mountain West Championships. She also took home a third-place showing in the 50 back at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships in March. Overall on the 2019-20 season, Hogg won five event titles, with two apiece in the 100 back and 200 back and one in the 50 back.

She owns collegiate best times of 54.11 in the 100 back, 1:57.40 in the 200 back and 23.57 in the 50 free. Additionally, Hogg is a two-time Mountain West Scholar-Athlete and Academic All-Mountain West selection.
