Diver Taylor Jackson has verbally committed to compete for Seton Hall beginning in the fall of 2017. Jackson has been diving since she was 11. She is a member of Sagebrush Diving Club where she is coached by Coach Kevin Sage.

The Thornton, Colorado resident attends Mountain Range High School where she holds the school’s 6 and 11 dive records. She set both as a freshman and then re-broke them as a sophomore. She did not compete for her school in her junior season but plans to return this year.

The high school senior’s diving highlights include having attended seven USA Diving Regional meets and three Summer Zone Meets. Jackson also twice competed at USA Diving Junior West National Meets. She placed ninth on 1-Meter at USA Diving Summer Junior Nationals.

Jackson shared,

“From the very beginning of recruiting, I imagined myself attending Seton Hall. When I visited, every bit of it went far beyond my expectations. How could I turn down a great school that will prepare me for success in the classroom, a team I already consider family, and coaches that will make me a stronger athlete and a school I can call home for the next four years? I couldn’t! I look forward to my future at Seton Hall University and I am proud to say I am a pirate and I am #Hallin!”

At the 2016 Big East Conference Championship, Seton Hall’s Gabby Signorelli won the one meter and three meter events.
