Katie Ledecky will lead off the day as the top seed in the women’s 200 free, and there figures to be a tight battle for the spots in the A-final with 15 swimmers entered under 2:00. In the men’s 200 free, Park Tae Hwan holds the top seed, and it remains to be seen if Conor Dwyer competes after scratching the 100 free one day earlier.

Claire Adams and Erin Voss are the only two swimmers entered under 2:10 in the women’s 200 back, but a deep field in the men’s 200 back includes Olympic gold medalist Ryan Murphy, Olympic finalist Jacob Pebley and 2012 Olympic silver medalist Ryosuke Irie.

Simone Manuel will go for the sprint double in the women’s 50 free, and Nathan Adrian is listed as the top seed in the men’s splash-and-dash, but it remains to be seen if he will compete after scratching the 100 free.

Finally, Vien NguyenBethany Galat and Katie Ledecky are the top seeds in the women’s 400 IM, and U.S. Olympians Chase Kalisz and Jay Litherland will be in the pool in the men’s race.
