Commit Swimming Set Of The Week: Mile Pace

Welcome to Swimming World’s Set of the Week sponsored by Commit Swimming.com! This week’s set is two rounds of a mile pace set that alternates with some active recovery aerobic work.
2 Rounds:
500 cruise + 4×75 pace
400 cruise + 2×150 pace
300 cruise + 300 pace
This 4,000 yard set has 1,800 yards of mile pace work. Keep the longer swims and pace swims on the same interval that will give them no more than :15-:20 seconds on the cruise work at a moderate to high aerobic level. Happy swimming!
