Class of 2011 Swimming World Five Stars Ellen Williamson, Dominick Glavich Select Colleges

PHOENIX, Arizona, October 1. A pair of Swimming World five-star prospects made their colleges choices known via the system recently. Additionally, a four star made his choice as well.

Five-star Ellen Williamson, who maintains her profile in the Swimming World College Recruit Rankings, is an all-around swimmer who will be headed to the University of Virginia after this year.

"Virginia has everything I want: great swimmers, great coaches and great academics," Williamson told Swimming World.

Williamson swims for the Northern Kentucky Clippers and preps at Notre Dame Academy. She has five long course senior national cuts: 100m back 1:02.50; 200m back 2:14.65; 100m fly 1:01.55; 200m fly 2:16.30; 200m IM 2:18.32

Five-star Dominick Glavich, who maintains his profile in the Swimming World College Recruit Rankings, is a butterfly specialist who will be headed to the University of North Carolina after high school.

"I am very excited to announce that I have given Coach Rich DeSelm and the UNC Tar Heels a verbal commitment to attend the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in the fall of 2011," Glavich told Swimming World. "I am eager and proud to become part of the UNC Swimming and Diving family. I am thrilled and looking forward to swimming FAST for UNC!"

Glavich swims for YMCA of the Triangle in Cary, N.C., and preps at Green Hope High. He owns long course senior national cuts in the 100 fly (55.33) and 200 fly (2:00.50).

Four-star Addison Bray, who maintains his profile in the Swimming World College Recruit Rankings, is a breaststroke specialist who will be headed to the University of Louisville after high school.

Bray swims for the Terre Haute Torpedoes and preps for South Vigo High. He owns a long course senior national cut in the 100 breast (1:04.43).
