China’s He Zi Leads Women’s One-Meter Prelims at Worlds

MELBOURNE, Australia, March 22. CHINA's He Zi accumulated 299.35 points to lead the pack during the women's one-meter diving preliminary competition at the FINA World Championships in Melbourne, Australia.

He's best dive came in the fourth round when she notched 75.00 points from a reverse 2.5 somersault from a tuck position.

Russia's Irina Lashko took second just behind with 297.15 points, while Canada's Blythe Hartley placed third with 288.95 points. Allison Brennan gave the U.S. its best effort with an eighth-place tally of 268.15 points.
