NEW COMMIT: Burlingame, Calif. native Alice Peterson has announced her commitment to Cal Lutheran University and will suit up for the Regals as a member of the class of 2024.

She told Swimming World:
“I’m excited to announce I’ve committed to swimming for Cal Lutheran University. I look forward to being able to join the team in the fall and being able to contribute to CLU as both an athlete and a student. Go Regals!”
Primarily a freestyler, Peterson does her club swimming with Burlingame Aquatic Club and most recently earned three best times at Carlsbad Sectionals. Last summer, she raced three events at Far Westerns before going on to compete in two events at Mount Hood Futures.
Her best times include:
- 50 Free – 25.46
- 100 Free – 54.47
- 200 Free – 1:57.16
- 100 Back – 1:00.94
Cal Lutheran finished third at the 2020 SCIAC Championships.
