Burlingame Aquatic Club’s Eve Kearns Commits to Washington University in St. Louis
NEW COMMIT: Half Moon Bay, Calif. native Eve Kearns has announced her commitment to Washington University in St. Louis beginning in the fall of 2020.
She told Swimming World:
“I’m excited to swim for WashU next year!”
A talented butterflyer and IMer, Kearns does her club swimming with Burlingame Aquatic Club and most recently achieved 100% best times at the Juanita Allington Memorial Swim Meet where her highest finish was a fourth-place showing in the 200 fly. Last summer, she raced four events at Far Westerns and competed at Mount Hood Futures.

A current senior at Half Moon Bay High School, Kearns is also a three-time CIF Central Coast Section Championship qualifier. She will be a valuable addition to WashU, who finished fourth overall in the team standings at the 2020 UAA Championships under head coach Brad Shively.
