Brooke Schultz of Arkansas Wins 3m Diving Title

The Arkansas Razorbacks got to celebrate a national title on Friday night at the 2018 NCAA Division I Women’s Swimming and Diving Championships with a win from freshman Brooke Schultz in the 3m diving event. Schultz scored 399.45 points as she finished ahead of Nevada senior Sharae Zheng (394.95) and South Carolina senior Julia Vincent (361.75).

Stanford’s Kassidy Cook (359.85), Miami, Ohio’s Pei Lin (335.55), Texas’ Samantha Bromberg (334.80), Indiana’s Jessica Parratto (331.35) and Minnesota’s Sarah Bacon (329.05) also competed in the A-final.

This is the Razorbacks’ second overall 3m diving title as Robin Ford won for Arkansas in 1985.
