Senior writer John Lohn makes his picks for the men's NCAA Division I Championships, while Jason Marsteller takes a whack at predicting the women's NCAA Division I Championships. Marsteller returns along with intern Reed Shimberg to preview the other college national championships on tap for March with a look at the NCAA Division II and Division III championships as well as the NAIA and NJCAA meets.

Meanwhile, Emily Sampl writes about the new year and new direction of USA Synchronized Swimming as the organization has moved to a new home.

In SWIM, Karlyn Pipes-Neilsen returns with a way to Cook Up a Good Workout, while Lobo Aquatics' Bobby Goldie provides a Workout Card this month.

Swimming Technique features an incredibly strong interview with U.S. head Olympic coach Teri McKeever of the University of California. She and Michael J. Stott also look into how Liv Jensen trains. Stott returns in the same issue with a look at how to reverse burnout.

In Junior Swimmer, Pleasanton Seahawks' Maxime Rooney is named the TYR Age Group Swimmer of the Month, while Wayne Goldsmith looks at ways to swim down to enhance your meet success.
