A Road Map of Progress: Swimming Technique Q & A in May Issue of Swimming World Traces Club Development

PHOENIX, Arizona, May 10. THE development of NOVA of Virginia Aquatics is outlined by head coach Geoff Brown in the May issue of Swimming World Magazine. Brown has been involved with NOVA of Virginia Aquatics for 20 years, and during that time he has seen the impressive development of both the club and its swimmers.

According to Brown, a key element in the success enjoyed by the club is due to the fact that not just one person is responsible for NOVA's success. He points out that it is a group effort on part of the entire coaching staff.

During the last 10 years, NOVA has been able to expand and build two pools and has plans for another.

Don't miss out on reading the inside story on successful club building based on an "All for one, one for all" attitude.
