2019 Men’s NCAA Swimming Championships: Day Three Prelims Heat Sheets

Friday morning prelims action at the men’s NCAA swimming championships will begin at 10 a.m. CT in Austin, Texas, with five individual events and the 200 medley relay all on the program.
Michigan’s Charlie Swanson is the top seed in the 400 IM, while defending champion Abrahm DeVine is seeded 30th. In the men’s 100 fly, Miles Smachlo, Vini Lanza and Kanoa Kaleoaloha all enter seeded under 45 as the event enters a new era with Caeleb Dressel and Joseph Schooling gone.
The men’s 200 free, meanwhile, will feature a deep field led by top seed Andrew Seliskar and three-time defending champion Townley Haas. Defending champions Ian Finnerty (Indiana) and Coleman Stewart (NC State) own the top seeds in the 100 breast and 100 back, respectively.
