2018 Speedo Junior National Championships: Day 4 Finals Heat Sheets

Day 3 of the Speedo Junior National Championships will feature several anticipated individual races.

In the 200 free, Pleasanton Seahawks’ Miranda Heckman took the top spot out of prelims in 2:01.30. She will be flanked by Clovis Swim Club’s Claire Tuggle (2:01.44) and Nation’s Capital’s Erin Gemmell (2:01.50).

In the men’s 200 free, Alexei Sancov of Terrapins is the top seed and in lane four at 1:49.55. Gator Swim Club’s Julian Hill is in lane five at 1:50.87, while Irvine Novaquatics’ Owen Kao is in lane three (1:51.09).

The women’s 200 breast features top-seed Isabelle Odgers of Irvine Novaquatics, who finished prelims in 2:30.66. Right on her heels is Anna Keating of Machine Aquatics (2:30.72).

In the men’s 200 breast, AJ Pouch of Team Rebel has the top spot at 2:13.08, while 15-year-old Joshua Matheny is next at 2:14.83.

The women’s 100 backstroke followed with 15-year-old Annabel Crush from Lakeside Swim Team holding the top spot at 1:01.38. Alexandra Cruiser is next at 1:02.15.

The men’s 100 back features Heart of Texas’ Will Grant at 55.78. Mason Manta Rays’ Carson Foster will be alongside after a 56.22 prelims swim.

Three heats of the women’s 4×200 freestyle will conclude the session.
