FINA May Live Stream 2015 FINA World Junior Championships
After initially stating that no live stream would be possible for the 2015 FINA World Junior Championships, FINA has announced that it will be efforting to provide a live stream this week.
“We are putting a live stream solution together for the finals which will be on FINAtv or FINA’s YouTube channel,” FINA head of marketing and television Peter Hall said. “We’re also distributing a 12-minute daily newsreel with race action and interviews to broadcasters.”
Specifics regarding whether this stream would be geoblocked in the United States in a similar fashion as most FINA events are unknown at this time.
The meet begins tomorrow with a full championships schedule Aug. 25-30.
The meet was created to match some of the best teenagers in the world against each other in a pre-Olympic proving ground. Girls 14-17 and Boys 15-18 are allowed to compete in the meet.

I certainly hope I understood this properly. I was just on the FinaTV site and I read it to say the event will be live streamed in every country.
