The Morning Swim Show: Recapping First Finals Session of Swimming at 2008 Olympics; Olympic Rewind Interview With 1976 Gold Medalist Wendy Boglioli -- August 10, 2008

PHOENIX, Arizona, August 10. THIS special Sunday edition of The Morning Swim Show recaps an exciting first finals session of swimming at the 2008 Beijing Olympics.

Host Peter Busch and Swimming World senior writer John Lohn, who is covering the meet in Beijing, analyze the two world records and surprising wins by Tae Hwan Park and the Netherlands' relay team. Lohn goes so far to say Phelps' quest for eight gold medals is no longer in doubt.



Also featured in this edition is the first in a special segment called Olympic Rewind, in which past Olympic champions relive their gold-medal winning moments. Today, Wendy Boglioli talks about the emotion surrounding the upset victory the Americans handed the East Germans at the 1976 Olympics in the women's 400 free relay.
