(VIDEO INTERVIEW) Simone Manuel on Meeting Michelle Obama for the Third Time

Simone Manuel of Alto Swim Club talked about her races thus far at the TYR Pro Swim Series in Knoxville and how she liked racing some different strokes outside of the usual 50, 100 and 200 free.

Manuel also talked about what it was like meeting Michelle Obama for the third time when she helped launch her book tour in December. Manuel talks about how inspiring she is and how much she looks up to her.

Manuel also talked about how much she enjoys swimming in front of the young club kids and how she likes being a role model for young athletes in the sport.

Can I say how much I love ❤️ Simone Manuel and Michelle Obama and how I want all my kids to use them as role models in life? Because people that’s what we are striving for
