Allison Schmitt and Elizabeth Beisel travelled the world together in the months after the Rio Olympic Games, and the duo known as “Schmeisel” reunited Monday night on the Golden Goggles red carpet.
The two explained some of the locations they have visited and what sort of antics they had gotten into on the streets of New York during the day. They also mentioned some of their more serious ventures, including Beisel working for a local television station in Rhode Island.
A few minutes after Schmitt’s appearance on the red carpet, she had her dress get caught in the hotel escalator, but after a bit of a struggle, she escaped just in time to make it to the banquet on time.
