(VIDEO INTERVIEW) Regan Smith On Mid-Season Meets and Outdoor Swimming in Florida

United States National Team member Regan Smith made an appearance at the Swim Fort Lauderdale International Classic in a mid-season meet that was also in the middle of a mini training camp in Florida.

Smith talked about how she likes swimming outside and how it is helping her towards Nationals at the end of the summer in California.

Smith also discussed how she likes swimming at a low pressure meet with her teammates at Riptide versus swimming at a pro series or nationals by herself.

Smith swam at the World Championships last year in the 200 back and also won the gold medal at World Juniors in the 200 back and the 100 back. She is a favorite to make Pan Pacs this summer in a couple events, but did not really have an answer for what her event line-up at Nationals was going to be.
