The Indiana Hoosiers have been among the most impressive teams in college swimming this season, and head coach Ray Looze had a lot to say about his swimmers’ efforts at the AT&T Winter National Championships in Atlanta. Looze also served as a member of the U.S. Olympic team coaching staff this summer after coaching Lilly KingCody Miller and Blake Pieroni onto the squad.

Looze discussed what has been the difference in his much-improved collegiate squad this season and what a meet against Texas and Florida back in October might have changed for the Hoosiers. He also talked about Pieroni’s increased confidence, Vini Lanza’s excellent Nationals and what to expect from the five Indiana-trained athletes and one coach heading to the Short Course World Championships this week in Windsor.
