(Video Interview) Marty Keating on His Pittsford “S’Women”

Marty Keating, the head coach of the Pittsford High School girls team—the Pittsboro “S’Women”— in upstate New York, joined Swimming World at the ASCA Convention in Ft. Lauderdale last week to discuss the training tactics for which he has become known.

Keating explained the origin of his methods of training sprinters and how he has implemented that plan to great success. He then took viewers through some of his sets that are very low on yardage but exceptionally high on intensity.
