21-year-old Lilly King swam her first long course meet of 2018 on Thursday night at the TYR Pro Swim Series meet at Indianapolis as she was third in the 200 breast with a 2:24.95. King explained how she felt being in such a good race with other world class competition since the United States has been relatively weak in that event since Rebecca Soni retired.

King also talked about her summer schedule so far and how her training is doing better now that classes have been over.
