SANTA CLARA, California, June 4. CALIFORNIA'S Elizabeth Pelton talks about the pleasant surprise of breaking the one-minute barrier in the 100 backstroke at the Arena Grand Prix Santa Clara. She posted her best time in the race and now hopes to carry that momentum into World Championship Trials.
She also talks about training at Cal with Caitlin Leverenz and how they push each other in practice, especially during IM sets.
