Following her win in the 200 free at the women’s NCAA championships in Atlanta, Ga., Georgia’s Brittany MacLean joined Swimming World to discuss winning her third career individual NCAA crown and first since sweeping the 500 and 1650 in 2014. MacLean discussed why she became so emotional at the end of the race, explained how she felt about a runner-up finish in the 500 free on Thursday and looked ahead to Saturday’s mile and culmination of the team race.
