BARCELONA, Spain, August 3. CESAR Cielo talked to the media after his exciting win in the 50 freestyle earlier this evening at the world championships.
Less than a year after having two knee surgeries, Cielo said he had low expectations for winning the event, but still put the best effort he could into the race. He also reflects on what caused him to be so emotional on the medal podium and what it meant to be able to be in the meet after his knee surgeries.
