USA Women Announce Water Polo Roster for 2017 Kunshan Cup

USA Women’s National Team Head Coach Adam Krikorian has announced the roster for the upcoming Kunshan Cup in Kunshan, China. The tourney serves as a preliminary event for the 2017 FINA World League Super Final that starts in Shanghai, China on June 6. Team USA starts play in Kunshan on Monday when they meet the Netherlands. They’ll also take on China and Russia in group play before quarterfinal action.

The roster for Kunshan features five returners from the 2016 Olympic Gold Medal winning team including Melissa Seidemann, Aria Fischer, Makenzie Fischer, Kiley Neushul, and Maddie Musselman. Fellow Olympic champions Maggie Steffens (Danville, CA/Stanford/NYAC) and Rachel Fattal (Seal Beach, CA/UCLA/SOCAL) will meet the team in China following the Cutino Award ceremony on June 3 in San Francisco. The two college seniors are finalists for Stanford and UCLA respectively.
