USA Swimming on Wednesday announced the USA Swimming Network, which will provide on-demand content, event highlights and exclusive videos.

The network is available on Roku, Amazon Fire TV, Xbox via the Google Play store on certain smart TVs. Plans are for it to be extended to PlayStation and Apple TV as well as via a mobile app in the coming months.

“We are thrilled to be the first National Governing Body to offer a free connected TV network to our members and fans,” USA Swimming CEO Tim Hinchey III said in a press release. “The USA Swimming Network brings an incredible library of content directly to consumers’ existing connected TV devices, making it easier than ever to be a fan of USA Swimming.”

Among the first installments is the fourth season of “Off the Blocks,” which will debut on the network exclusively. (The first episode is available now.) Other content from USA Swimming Productions will be made available via the network first, with, “dedicated channels and playlists featuring swimming industry influencers and content creators.”

USA Swimming will also in 2024 add the Michael McCaffrey Swimming Archive channel to its content streams. That will give viewers of USA Swimming Network access to 50 years of archived race footage of USA Swimming competitions, searchable by athlete, event or keyword.
