Day four of the Pan American Games in Toronto, Canada was a tad calmer than some of the previous days. No disqualifications or scandals occurred, instead there were multiple records broken and redemption for Emily Overholt who set a new Pan American Games record in the 400-meter free from lane eight after being disqualified last night in the 400-meter IM.
