It’s another busy weekend for the Southeastern Conference. Aside for Alabama, every program will have at least their men’s or women’s team compete.

Top Five Storylines

  1. How will SEC teams do against a strong Wisconsin team? The Badgers (No. 17 men, No. 17 women) will take on Auburn (No. 7 men, No. 9 women) on Jan. 29. Then, just a day later, Wisconsin faces off with Georgia (No. 4 men, No. 1 women). The two meets will give big name swimmers a chance to compete against Wisconsin, including Michael Duderstadt of Auburn and Hali Flickinger of Georgia.
  2. Will the No. 15 Florida women continue to roll against No. 22? Natalie Hinds and the Gators are coming off a monster win over No. 9 Auburn and will look to continue their success in Knoxville.
  3. Can the No. 3 Florida men rebound against No. 12 Tennessee? Caeleb Dressel and the Gators are coming off of a disappointing loss to No. 7 Auburn. The strong Volunteers team includes U.S. National Team member Sean Lehane.
  4. Can the Kentucky women pull off an upset against No. 25 Ohio State? The Wildcats have been ranked at times this season. With junior Danielle Galyer leading the way, Kentucky could have a strong meet against the Buckeyes.
  5. How will the Missouri women do in their second straight two-meet weekend? Coming off wins against Drury and Missouri State, the Tiger women take on Vanderbilt and will compete in the Tiger Invitational. Missouri features U.S. National Team member Hannah Stevens.
