The Flow of FINIS: From Quality Control To Marketing

PHOENIX, Arizona, February 11. SWIMMING World visited the FINIS headquarters in Livermore, California to produce a two-part Industry Insider. In this video, Tiffany Elias is joined by CEO John Mix to discuss the process from warehousing, inspection, marketing, quality control to customer satisfaction. Every product is received and thoroughly reviewed before it hits the market. Mix stated, “We want to make sure the consumer gets a great finished product.”

Mix discusses the various skill teams included in FINIS’ operations. It was fun to learn that FINIS takes care of their employees with a special gym area for the employees to have fun and take a break. This area also includes an Endless Pool where FINIS can test products on site. The feature concludes with FINIS VP of Product Development and Marketing Mark Stephens coaching Elias through some FINIS product testing in the water.
