SINGAPORE, June 21. AT the third Singapore National Swimming Championships yesterday, Tao Li, 17, set the Singapore national record in the 100 back with a time of 1:03.17. That effort lowered her previous standard of 1:03.71 set at the second Singapore national championships last year.
Meanwhile, the swimmer will be named Singapore's Sportswoman of the Year for last year at a banquet tonight.
