Alyson Currao has signed to swim for Lynn University next fall. Currao is a senior at Estero High School. She swims with Naples’ T2 Aquatics.
Her best times are:
- 50 Free 25.69
- 100 Free 56.72
- 50 Fly 29.18
- 100 Back 1:06.40
The NCAA Division II program competes in the Sunshine State Conference where they finished fifth this year. Lynn has a young crop of sprinters with three of the team’s top four 50 freestylers this year being freshman. Currao will fit right in the mix, as her best time would have made her the third fastest swimmer this year.
When she arrives in Boca Raton next fall Currao will find great training partners in Fatimah Westbrook and Sarah Nichols, the team’s leading sprinters.
