SMU Men Reveal 2016-2017 Schedule

DALLAS (SMU) – Head coach Eddie Sinnott and the SMU men’s swimming and diving program have released the schedule for the 2016-17 season. There are four events slated for the greater Dallas area, as well as dual meets with rival TCU, American Athletic Conference foe Connecticut, Incarnate Word and Texas A&M.

The Mustangs will travel to a pair of invites hosted by Texas A&M and Texas, while diving only events take place at Missouri and Tennessee.

The second half of the season is highlighted by The American Championships Feb. 15-18 at the University of Houston, and NCAA events that include Zone Diving, March 6-8, and the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, March 22-25.

The Mustangs earned runner-up honors at the 2016 AAC Championships and saw Sam Straughan (Swimmer) and Bryce Klein (Diver) earn top honors in their respective disciplines. Nine student-athletes accounted for 20 all-conference honors, which included four relay championships and nine individual titles.
