Following the fourth night of the SEC championships in Knoxville, Tenn., Swimming World caught up with several of the night’s top athletes, along with one coach. Check out those videos below.

Alabama’s Connor Oslin reacted to his conference-record breaking performance in the men’s 100 back, discussed what kind of improvements he thinks his team can make between now and the NCAA championships and explained what it’s like to race Ryan Murphy.

Both Georgia’s women’s and men’s teams are behind in the battle for SEC team championships, but head coach Jack Bauerle explained the positives he’s taking away from the meet as the Bulldogs look ahead to the NCAA championships. He also reacted to the big wins from seniors Olivia Smoliga and Pace Clark.

Clark, meanwhile, explained why winning this SEC title in this specific pool had so much significance for him, and he explained what he got out of his experience with Team USA at the Short Course World Championships.

Finally, Texas A&M’s Bethany Galat discussed her competition with fellow Aggie Sydney Pickrem in the 400 IM and how the Aggies are approaching the final day of the meet with the lead in the team race. Galat also explained that, even though finishing third at Olympic Trials this summer was not especially disappointing, it did affect her when she returned to college swimming. Watch her explain below.
