PHOENIX, Arizona, March 12. ACCORDING to reports from Bestswimming.com.br in Brazil, the country's swimming federation has upgraded Renato Burgos' privisional suspension first handed down on Dec. 14, 2006 to permanent status.
The upgrade comes after metabolites of Stanozolol were found in Burgos' B sample.
