Reece Whitley Claims Another National Age Group Record in 13-14 200 Breast

COLLEGE PARK – At the Speedo Tom Dolan Invite tonight, 14-year-old Reece Whitley of Penn Charter Aquatic Club bettered his own 13-14 boys’ national age group record in the 200 breast with a 1:55.52.

Whitley’s splits were 26.79, 29.42, 29.52 and 29.79 in tonight’s final, as he chopped more than two seconds off his own record of 1:57.87, which he set this morning in prelims. Whitley also held the previous record at 1:58.39 from earlier this year.

Whitley’s splits this morning were 26.61, 29.60, 30.34 and 31.32.
