PHOENIX – This is the Poll of the week for Wednesday April 8, 2015 sponsored by Strechcordz Swim Training Products. In our last poll, we wanted to know Which American Record swim was the most impressive at the Womens NCAA Championships? The results are in and they are no too surprising. 60% of the voters said Missy Franklin’s 1:39.1 in the 200 free was the most impressive. Kelsi Worrell’s 100 butterfly came in second followed by Simone Manuel’s quick 100 freestyle. The two Stanford relays each counted for 2% of the votes. Missy Franklin had some tough competition but her sub 1:40 swim made her the winner of last week’s poll.

This week, we want to focus on Missy Franklin a little more. As you know, Missy Franklin just finished her sophomore year at Cal and has decided this will be her final year swimming as a college athlete. The world record holder will turn pro in preparation for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio.
