BERLIN, Germany, August 15.  SWIMMING World correspondent Pamela Roberts had the chance to take a sneak peek at the 2014 European Championship venue today, just days before the week-long event kicks off on August 18.  The competition will take place inside the Velodrom, as a temporary pool was installed specifically for this meet.
