Day six of the 2017 FINA World Championships has come and gone, crowning another four individuals and one relay.

Team Russia brought their A-Game to the pool, collecting three individual golds and one silver. Evgeny Rylov got the night moving with a top showing in the men’s 200 back, followed by Anton Chupkov and Yulia Efimova’s 200 breast golds. The men’s 800 free relay would end the night with silver.

Picking up gold in the men’s 800 free relay was Team Great Britain, anchored by a monstrous 1:43 from James Guy. USA completed the podium with a bronze medal.

Simone Manuel snuck past Sarah Sjostrom for gold in the women’s 100 free, while Kathleen Baker snagged the top seed in the women’s 200 back for tomorrow night’s finals.

Caeleb Dressel continued to light the pool on fire, picking up the top seed in both the 50 free and the 100 fly. His 50 free doubled as a new American Record, while his 100 fly sits as the fastest textile swim in history (third best overall).
