The winds died down and the sun came out for the third full day of competition at the 2018 TYR Pro Swim Series in Mesa, Arizona. Athletes, coaches, and spectators alike got to enjoy a warm morning filled with lots of fast swimming.

The prelims session included the men’s and women’s 400 free and had swimmers vying for positions in the 50 shootout races of each stroke.

Swimming World high school interns Aurora Blackwell and McKenna Bustamente were on deck capturing all of the action and excitement.
