An exciting and record-breaking day three finals of the 2017 FINA World Championships has come to a conclusion. SIPA USA was on hand throughout the meet capturing all of the action and excitement in photos.

Night three saw three world records tumble down as Kylie Masse (100 back), Adam Peaty (50 breast), and Lilly King (100 breast) etched their names into history.

Sun Yang and Katie Ledecky each collected their second World Championship titles in the 200 and 1500 freestyles respectively, while Ledecky cruised to the top seed in the 200 free semi-finals not one hour later.

Xu Jiayu bested American backstroke legends Matt Grevers and Ryan Murphy for gold in the 100 back, and King and Katie Meili delivered a 1-2 punch in finals of the women’s 100 breast.
