PITTSFORD, New York, March 2. PACK Swim Team assistant coach Jennifer Simson died recently after being ran over by a snowplow in a parking lot in Pittsford, N.Y., according to WHAM-13.
Simson was in her fourth year of coaching at Pack after finishing a career in which she swam competitively for 14 years. She competed for the University of Maryland during her swimming career, and was a five-time Empire State Games qualifier.
Simson is survived by three children ages four, two and six months as well as her husband, Josh.
Josh has set up a scholarship fund for the couple's three children:
