FAIRFIELD, Connecticut, April 12. ACCORDING to the CT Post, Fairfield Prep swimmer Bradley Helt, 17, died unexpectedly Monday night.
According to the article, “Helt, a junior, helped the Jesuits end Greenwich's streak of 19 straight Class LL swimming championships with a first-place finish at the state championship meet last month at Wesleyan University.”
Yesterday, the school held a memorial service at the Egan Chapel where a standing-room only audience mourned the loss of the teenager.
