Coach Dell also discusses the rise of Swim NOMAD, the benefits of having their own pool and how Nomad competes in the same city as SWIM MAC CAROLINA. Emily is gearing up to attend the University of Tennessee next fall and surprises everyone with the knowledge of how her high school got its name.

Mark Dell was an assistant coach for Davidson College before he came to NOMAD. Before arriving at Davidson, he served as an assistant coach for two years at Eastern Michigan University (where he also went to school). Mark also qualified for the 2000 Olympic trials in the 200 meter Butterfly.

Emily Allen is currently ranked as the third best swimmer in North Carolina and 24th overall for the class of 2015 by Collegeswimming.com.
