NCAP Bests 11-12 National Age Group Record in 200 Free Relay at Tom Dolan

COLLEGE PARK – At the Speedo Tom Dolan Invitational, Nation’s Capital took down the 11-12 National Age Group record in the girls 200-yard free relay.

The quartet of Abby Harter (24.60), Sophia Landeryou (24.83), Maya Fischer (24.81) and Allison Kopac (24.73) turned in a swift time of 1:38.97 for the win in the girls 11-12 200-yard free relay timed finals.

That performance lowered the national age group mark of 1:39.24 set by Gator Swim Club.

The foursome of Kirshtine Balbuena (25.45), Kaitlyn Cronin (24.48), Isabel Ivey (24.78), and Talia Bates (24.54) posted a 1:39.24 during the 2013 Florida Age Group State Championships.

Florida Swim Network was on the scene for that record in 2013, and had a great follow up interview with the Gator girls.
