Natalie Coughlin is in for a quick two-day trip at the Arena Pro Swim Series Mesa.

Coughlin opened up today with the 50-meter free, qualifying third out of prelims.

Coughlin also is taking on the 100-meter free tomorrow as she focuses on the two events she’s invited to swim at the Pan American Games.
