Morning Swim Show: Relive Ryan Lochte At The 2012 Olympic Trials

Ryan-Lochte-Trials

In this Morning Swim Show episode, Ryan Lochte talked about his breaststroke and how it held up after knee surgery when he said, “I have been working on my breaststroke, making sure it is down pat. I am definitely pleased with how I swam tonight. Tomorrow will be a dog fight,” after being the top seed going in the 200 IM finals at the USA Swimming Olympic Trials in 2012.  Lochte also talks about his training going into the meet and how he is prepared for a hard schedule of events.

Lochte went on to win individual gold in the 400 IM, and a silver medal in the 200 IM behind Michael Phelps’ historic three-peat in that event at the London Olympic Games.
