NBAC’s Michael Phelps, who is used to always being one of the top seeds heading into finals, wound up having to win a B final in the 200 free from outside at the Arena Pro Swim Series Charlotte.

Phelps, although much more jovial in how he talked to the media following a tough day of competition, is definitely frustrated with not doing well in prelims.

Phelps also talked about having issues with his turns, especially here at Charlotte.

Phelps also talked about potentially getting back into the 200-meter fly.
