Last night, Phelps tweeted, “Tomorrow is a new start… Can’t wait!!!”

Immediately, the twittersphere went nuts with calls of a comeback, including North Baltimore’s Conor Dwyer getting into the fun by tweeting about “warmups.”

It’s likely much ado about nothing, but with the swimming community hoping and praying for a Phelps comeback bid before the 2016 Rio Olympics, any and every nebulous post is going to cause a stir.
