MINNESOTA – Margo Geer of Tucson Ford swept the 50 and 100-yard free this weekend at the Arena Grand Prix in Minnesota.

After her win in the 100 free, Geer told Swimming World that she was just happy to finally race following an early season grind.

The grind had been so all-encompassing, that she’s just had her head down and isn’t looking towards any goals for next summer just yet.

Hopefully Coach D’ll ease up a bit now and let her rest until Nationals in a couple of weeks and the Stanford coach will do likewise with Simone Manuel and then they can get it on at Nationals and we’ll have a grand showdown at the ol’ water hole!
